You will need to submit a short proposal, of no more than 500 words, to competitions@bpsa.co.uk focusing on the title above.

The learning outcomes are as follows:


Is able to describe the future in community pharmacy
Can identify activities that will be in place
Recognises the range of people involved in the provision of community pharmacy


Is able to describe the changes in community pharmacy in the future
Outlines key activities that will be taking place
Can provide examples of how activities relate to patient care


Successfully uses a range of resources to gain ideas for how community pharmacy will be in the future
Evaluates current activity
Identifies funding streams in community pharmacy
Makes appropriate future recommendations


Ideas for the future of community pharmacy based on evidence

Demonstrates insight into current and future practice
Identifies behaviours demonstrated by pharmacy professionals

THE PRIZES – five finalists will be invited to attend BPSA Day at the BPSA Annual Conference at Durham University on [DATE TBC] and present their proposal to the judging panel. The winner will be awarded the opportunity to spend a day with a Senior Pharmacist Leader at Boots.
