Founded in 1942, the British Pharmaceutical Students' Association is in its 71st year. We are the only national body that solely represents pharmacy students and pre-registration trainee pharmacists.

As the official student organisation of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the BPSA aims to promote the interests and welfare of its members. The BPSA regularly represents students' views in the wider pharmacy media. This includes the production of consultation responses and our presence at meetings with individual stakeholder organisations.

As well as representing, we aim to educate and entertain our members! We organise an impressive range of events and services throughout the year, this means that there is something for everyone to get involved in. We have an executive who coordinate the running of all our events and services and they are supported by a network of BPSA National Representatives which are present in every school of pharmacy.

Currently, the BPSA has over 13,500 students and pre-registration trainee members, this makes us one of the largest student bodies in the country and a powerful lobbying voice.
