Future Pharmacist Magazine |
The Future Pharmacist is the BPSA's undergraduate pharmacy magazine. It includes articles on everything from pharmacy politics to interesting pharmacy careers and useful resources for pharmacy students, there's even the occassional quiz! Each edition also includes a Continuing Professional Development article based on a clinical topic which students can work through with questions at the end to test understanding. Completion of these also counts as a professional development point (PDP) towards the 5 points required to be eligble for the BPSA's professional development certificate (PDC).
The Future Pharmacist is sent out to BPSA members at all schools of pharmacy and distributed by BPSA Representatives. The BPSA aims to produce two editions of the magazine each year, the first being released in the autumn/winter term and the second released in the spring.
Articles for the magazine are collated by the BPSA's FP Editor. The BPSA are always looking for interesting articles for inclusion into the magazine so if you're interested in submitting an article for the Future Pharmacist or have any other feedback then feel free to contact the FP Editor via the "Contact Us" section of the website.
Back issues of the magazine are now available for download for BPSA members, simply sign into the website and go to the "Publications" section of the website. |

The BPSA Executive works hard throughout the year to deliver the views of its members to many different organisations, such as the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. One way it does this is by distributing press releases to important members of these bodies to ensure they are read by the right people. Click here to read any of our press releases. |
