After studying this module you should:

  • Have an understanding of why it is necessary to build strong relationships with your customers
  • Learn what the key elements are to building a strong relationship with your customers
  • Have an understanding of what you can do to build better relationships with your customers.

About this module

This module is suitable for all members of the pharmacy team who wish to increase their knowledge of communication skills. This module has been endorsed with the NPA’s Training Seal as suitable for use by pharmacy teams as part of their ongoing learning.
