Sunday 14th April
Robin Hood Night
Welcome to Nottingham! This is your first night of your fun-filled week at Annual Conference. We will be having a scavenger hunt to explore the beautiful campus of Nottingham, it is a great chance for meeting and getting to know everyone. Don’t be shy, introduce yourself and have fun!

The fancy dress theme for this night is Robin Hood. Grab a waistcoat, a green hat with feather, quiver, bow and arrow and prepare to have an adventurous evening.

Monday 15th April
Salsa Night
After your first day of conference, we will be dining with the School of Pharmacy of the University of Nottingham. This will be a special occasion where you can network with many lecturers, staff and students from Nottingham - the host university for this year Annual Conference. Better yet, it will be a Salsa Night so get dressed and show us your best samba dance moves.

The fancy dress theme for this night is Salsa attire. Get ready for a little dance party with the professional samba dancers!

Tuesday 16th April
Pride Night
The BPSA takes great pride in empowering the diversity among pharmacy students and pharmacists. That is why for the first time ever, we will be celebrating a Pride event at Annual Conference. Let this night remind how beautiful and different you are!

The fancy dress for this night is Colorful dress. May it be rainbow wig, colorful paint or even LGBTQ flag! Use your creativity to show everyone your colors!

Wednesday 17th April
RPS Night/BPSA Awards Night
This night is perhaps one of the most highly anticipated nights of the week! The night where you will be dining with members from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and many of our Sponsors. You definitely don’t want to miss out this unique networking opportunity. Another highlight of the night will be the awarding our winners for the BPSA competitions and many other categories.

Dress code is Business formal, so dress to impress your future employers!

Thursday 18th April
Pyjama Night
Time to relax, put your feet up and have a chilled evening. After more than half of the week with activities-packed days and nights we all will need some time to wind down. With music, food and quizzes this is the perfect night in.

The fancy dress theme for this night is Pyjama party. Grab your PJs and onesies and join us to enjoy a chilled night in! Don’t own a onesie? Perfect excuse to buy one!

Friday 19th April
Talent Show Night
The penultimate night of #BPSA77AC! As the conference slowly draws to a close, time to showcase what talents you have got! A competition will be held, and everyone will be the judge. Anyone is welcomed to perform your secret talent - be it singing, dancing, magic show, stand-up comedy or any cool things you can think of! Don’t think you have any talent to show off? Maybe it’s time for you to discover yourself and shine!

The fancy dress theme for this night is Rock and Roll. Who will emerge victorious? Only you can decide.

Saturday 20th April
BPSA Ball
It’s time for the finale of Annual Conference. After a long week of both day and night events, we invite you to the hottest ball for pharmacy students. With a beautiful venue planned and a photographer, the 77th BPSA Ball is the perfect way to party up one last time with your friends and to throw back memories.

The dress code for this night is Black Tie. Time to look suave in your tuxedos and ball gowns. The number of photographs that will be taken on the night is unfathomable so make sure you look the part!
