Science into Practice

The Science into Practice Conference held on the 1st of December 2018 was a great success and we were extremely happy to have over 100 pharmacy students including pre-registration pharmacists attending this event.

We would like to kindly express our gratitude to The Royal Pharmaceutical Society for hosting the lovely venue and which we received many compliments on.

It was a great pleasure to have the Chief Scientist of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society- Gino Martini, Senior Directors and Research Pharmacists from GSK and Pfizer as our speakers; all whom we have the utmost appreciation for.

It has truly been a great conference with all the positive feedback we have received.

"This has been an eye-opening conference - I enjoyed learning about the different research areas and job roles of the industrial pharmacists who presented at the conference."

"The Science into Practice Conference is very informative, especially in making decisions for my future career, especially with the Brexit topic presented by Yvonne Stewart from GSK."

"Industrial Pharmacy offers limitless opportunities and this conference has definitely inspired me to go further and beyond. It shows you just need to have passion and determination to research on them and apply for them!"

Thank you to those who have participated in this
conference and hope to see you again next year.

Keep your eyes peeled on our website and Facebook page for updates for the upcoming BPSA Science into Practice Conference.
