Pennine Area Coordinator - Nura Bakari

The Pennine Area Coordinator is responsible for organising area events and coordinating the BPSA Representatives across the Pennine Area.

Hello everyone!

My name is Nura Bakari and I am the Pennine Area Coordinator for this year's mandate. Also, known as the "Pennine princess"! I am a second year pharmacy student at Liverpool John Moores University.

I am someone who was brought up in the Pennine area and I am honoured to give back to my community that has shaped me. My main goal, as an area coordinator, is to empower pharmacy students to be more confident and passionate within this wonderful degree. I want students to leave my conferences feeling inspired and supported by me and the rest of the team.I also want to strengthen the networks within the Pennine area, building strong connections, encouraging collaboration and amazing memories.

I'm excited to make this year full of opportunities for you guys and build the Pennine community we can all be proud of.I hope you all become inspired to reach the best version of yourselves by the end of this mandate!
